Refund policy

As a small business selling living product, we ask that you understand our "no return" policy.  At this time, we are only offering local pickup, so if you are unhappy with the plants when you come to pick them up, we will gladly refund your purchase.  However, after you have inspected the plant(s) and taken it/them home, we cannot take them back.   We encourage you to check the item(s) thoroughly at pickup.

That being said, we want to help in any way we can, and are happy to offer advice or guidance about care or issues that may arise.  We do ask that you only consult us about plants you either have or plan to purchase from Welcome to the Jungle, Nocona.
